Why it works

Hot water, cold water, repeat

Contrast therapy moves you between a warm plunge and a cold plunge on purpose. Hot water opens your blood vessels, cold water snaps them shut, and switching between the two acts like a pump for your circulation, moving blood and flushing out what slows recovery down.

How it works

What contrast does for you

Cycling between the hot and cold plunge trains your circulation and leaves you feeling clear, loose, and recharged.

Flush out soreness

The vessel pump created by hot-then-cold helps move blood and clear the byproducts that leave muscles sore and heavy.

Boost circulation

Repeatedly opening and closing your blood vessels gives your circulatory system a genuine workout, supporting recovery and vitality.

The cold plunge delivers a jolt of alertness and endorphins while the hot plunge relaxes, together they leave you calm but switched on.
